Equipping Saints for Service
The Equipping Saints for Service Ministry assists members in discovering their spiritual gifts, behavior blends and appropriate opportunities for ministry service. The Uniquely You materials are used to assess each member’s God-given gifts. Each member is made aware (by answering statements), of their three dominate gifts. They are then assessed to find their personality type. From these two segments, their “best fit” ministry opportunities are determined.
The Equipping Ministry also assists leadership in finding suitable volunteers for their ministries based on their spiritual gifts and behavior blends. Ephesians 4:11, 12 are our basis scriptures.
Equipping sessions are scheduled as needed based on new member enrollment; usually once a quarter. Team training is scheduled as needed. CFF members may join by contacting any member of the Equipping Team.
